Painting parts in the new modern paint line for powder coating. It is one of a few paint lines allowing the pre-treatment in three levels:
1) degreasing with ferric phosphate
2) rinsing with water
3) rinsing with deionised water
Standard dimensions of powder coated components are up to 0.8×1.8×4m, but parts can be painted up to 6m length.
The line is equipped with two spray boxes allowing simple and rapid exchange of powder colour.
